I LOVE protein shakes and smoothies. I drink about 5-7 a week. They are SO stinkin' good for you and limit you intake of calories. Try this one out. I call it the Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Protein Shake:
1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Lowfat or Fat Free Chocolate Milk
1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
1/4 cup crushed ice
Blend in blender until smooth.
I found the inital recipe in the Shred: The Revolutionary Diet Book (which btw is a freakin' AMAZING diet) and I changed it up a bit. Enjoy!! Let me know if you try it!!
