Muse My World Paints

While stamping and paper crafting are my main creative outlet, I do enjoy trying other forms of creativity such as painting, sewing and writing.  In college I majored in English and earned a degree in it, in high school I started sewing, and in the last couple of years I began dabbling with painting.  Now, I am by no means a great painter, nor even a good painter, but there is something so freeing and fun about putting brush to canvas (even if it looks like a pre-schooler did it!).  I hope to try some mixed media art in the future and am exploring exactly where to begin mixing the paint and canvas and paper and stamps.  Sometimes it is just the process of getting over that inital fear of trying that is the main part of the exploration.  So, here is a painting I did this weekend.  Do you ever dabble in other creative forms?  If so, what do you like best?
