Moxie Fab Thanks! Blog Hop

Hey there, everyone, I hope you are making it here from Ivanka Lentle's Blog.  Moxie Fab World and Cath Edvalson have been a HUGE source of creative inspiration for me over the years.  I have learned new techniques, tried new things, and challenged myself if many ways creatively that I didn't think were possible.  Cath has to move on from Moxie Fab World, and so we, the fabulous crafters that she has touched, have put together an amazing blog hop to say THANKS!  Thank you, Cath, for always being amazing.  Your wonderful outlook and spirit will continue to resonate in all of us.

So, instead of saying Goodbye, I would like you say Hello, There, Cath, to your new adventure.  I wish you the best in the future.  I hope you get to relax and renew and I'm sure we will see you soon!!

Congrats Baby Stamped Square Frame - Make It Monday

Have you heard of the company Papertrey Ink?  If you have not, you NEED to go check them out.  This is essential!!  This company has incredible beautiful stamps, cardstock that will blow your mind, and an amazing design team that is just crazy talented.  Every Monday they have a series called Make it Monday that shows a video with a new technique or stamping trick to try.  This Monday is was to create a stamped square frame.  Here is my take on it.

I used an image from the Bountiful Banners stamp set to create the square frame.  I then die cut a banner using the matching Bountiful Banners die.  What do you think?  I love the framed image!!  Also, check out that cardstock base... it is Rustic White Cardstock and I have never in my life worked with such amazing cardstock.  It is thick, cuts like a dream, and stamps beautifully.  You have to try it!!!
