Hey everyone! Well, I've talked about my journey with health and fitness on here before, and if you have been a reader, you know that this is something that I struggle with. Last year, I made some changes, worked out more than I had in the previous ten years (although not consistently) and I managed to lose 25 lbs. Woot!! Well, I was pretty happy with myself going into this year. And, I knew that if I could lose 25 lbs. last year, then I could lose another 25 this year (and hopefully more!). But, I knew that it was going to take more discipline and more dedication. I knew that I was going to have to be consistent with my workouts and my food choices. So, about a month ago one of my girlfriends told me about this program called the 21-day Fix from Beachbody. We talked about it and I went home that night and started researching this thing called Beachbody. Well, come to find out, I already knew a little bit about it. I had heard of P90X and Insanity, but what really caught my eye was the Focus T25.
Focus T25 is program that consists of 25 minute workouts, five days a week. Now this is something I could do, I said to myself. So, I contacted a local Beachbody Coach and we talked for a couple weeks and I decided to order it... not only order it, but I feel so motivated, that I signed up to be a Beachbody COACH!! Yup. I did it!!! So, I got my stuff, I've made my plan and I've been working my tail off all week. Here is a video I made on Monday after the first days workout:
